Returns Policy

At Briosuit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we have a straightforward returns policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Period:

Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It should also be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or if the return is made more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified period.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Contact your credit card company and bank if needed. If the issue persists, reach out to us at contact@briosuit.com.

Sale Items:

Regular priced items are eligible for refunds, but unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

External Retailers:

Briosuit is only responsible for returns and refunds for items purchased directly from the Briosuit website. Items bought from external retailers must be addressed with the respective retailer.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at contact@briosuit.com and send your item to: [Briosuit Return Address].

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping:

To return your product, mail it to: [Briosuit Return Address]. You are responsible for the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that the time for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
